Do you provide child seats?
No, we don't provide car seats, but you may use your own and we will keep them safe and labelled until you return.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver's pickup time is automatically adjusted — you do not need to contact us. We include a free waiting period after landing to allow for baggage collection and customs clearance.How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage allowance depends on the vehicle class selected. Saloon vehicles accommodate up to 2 large suitcases; Our Multi seater vehicles can take up to 8 passengers with a large case each and 1 item of hand luggage each.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge. Please refer to our booking terms or contact us directly for specific circumstances.Will my driver meet me at arrivals?
The driver will always call you and arrange where to meet so we wont always be in arrivals with a name board, this helps to keep the car parking costs to a minimum.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
All Victory Airport Travel drivers are fully licensed with the relevant local authority, DBS-checked, and covered by comprehensive private hire insurance. Your safety and peace of mind are our priority.Will you provide a meet and greet?
We don't offer a meet and greet service, but the drivers will call passengers when their plan has landed to arrange collection. Please make sure you have your phone turned on once landed.
